BUSH NICHOLS
Executive Director
Bush is an accomplished exploration geologist with over 15 years of experience and holds a number of directorships in resource exploration and development companies. Bush has extensive experience in managing all aspects of exploration teams across a range of commodities from hard rock to coal and he has specialized in precious and base metals over the past 10 years.
He has successfully run exploration programs for numerous clients including small junior companies, respected geoscience consultancies and large multi-national mining houses. His in-depth knowledge covers the east coast of Australia (particularly outback Queensland and a broad area of New South Wales) as well as the South Pacific (including Vanuatu, Fiji and New Zealand).
A co-founder of Bushman Resources (wholly owned subsidiary of Ranger Gold), Bush led the exploration management for the company; identifying and making acquisition on all of the projects held by Ranger Gold, ultimately culminating in in-ground JORC compliant resources totaling over 260k Oz Gold and 1m Oz Silver.
DANIEL RENNEBERG
Executive Director
Daniel has over 25 years management experience in corporate financial services. Daniel is well versed in assisting resource companies along their development stages. He has been involved as CFO, Director and investor in both Bushman Resources and Tooloom Resources since 2015.
He has been directly involved in seed funding, financial management, due diligence and corporate governance with of exploration companies in the gold, base metals and vanadium sectors (from start up through to development of maiden resources and delivery of mining leases).
He has operated his own accounting practice for 15 years and has worked in senior roles across a number of different industries including sports clubs, resort management and financial services businesses. Daniel focuses mainly on management accounting and acts as the CFO on a number of client businesses including as an accountant with a public company with manufacturing and distribution across Australia, NZ and the Pacific.
